Packers sew special pocket for Aaron Jones’ pendant

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Two weeks after Aaron Jones lost a pendant containing his father’s ashes during a game, the Packers have found a solution.

Red Batty, the Packers equipment manager, sewed a special pocket for the pendant into Jones’ jersey.

Jones lost the pendant during the Packers’ game against Detroit on Sept. 20. Staff at Lambeau Field were able to find and return the keepsake.

Jones and the Packers host the Pittsburgh Steelers at 3:25 p.m. Sunday, in a rematch of Super Bowl XLV.
