One man injured and another in custody after attempted homicide in Livingston

LIVINGSTON, Wis.– One man is in police custody after shooting a man at the Hell Inn Bar and Grill in the early hours of June 19.

Deputies were called at 12:37 about a possible shooting and found a 34-year-old man lying outside the bar with bullet wounds. He was taken to an undisclosed hospital via med flight, and his condition is currently unknown.

The suspect, Todd Holder, 52, was later found by police and taken to the Grant County Jail. He is currently awaiting charges of Attempted 1st Degree Homicide.

Witnesses told police they saw Holder shooting in the direction the victim was found.

The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of family.

This incident remains under investigation.
