One injured, one in custody after Janesville stabbing
JANESVILLE, Wis. — One man is in custody after a stabbing early Saturday morning in Janesville.
At about 2:40 a.m., police say they saw the victim of the stabbing, 28, pointing at a vehicle leaving the scene. at S. Main St. and E. Racine St.
Officers stopped the car and took the passenger, 27-year-old Sonny Baladez into custody without incident.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Baladez was held at the Rock County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
