Man hospitalized from shots fired in Middleton Sunday morning
MIDDLETON, Wis. — A dispute at a Middleton bar led to shot’s fired and left one man in the hospital with gunshot wounds early Sunday morning.
Police received a report of gun shots at 1 a.m. on Sunday morning. Officers said when they arrived at Hody Bar & Grill there was evidence of gunfire outside the building but no suspects present.
According to officials an adult male later went to UW hospital’s emergency room with gunshot wounds. Officers connected his injuries to the earlier shots fired incident.
They learned the dispute began in the bar between two men which later led to gunfire outside. The Police don’t have a suspect in custody at this time but the investigation is ongoing.
Officials said the victim is in stable condition and the gunshot wound is non-life threatening.
