MADISON, Wis. - Eric Lee Robinson, age 43, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. He was born on September 5, 1973, in Edina, MN, the son of Terry and Shirley (Seitz) Robinson. After graduating from Mehlville High School, St. Louis, Mo. in 1991, Eric received his bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. On Oct. 5, 1996 Eric married Sarah Jury in St. Louis, Mo. Eric was currently employed with Covance as Phase 2 Project Manager. He was a member of Blackhawk Church and participated in various church activities. Eric had a variety of interests but loved most, spending time with his family and the involvement with his kids teams, having coached his sons in baseball and lacrosse.
In addition to his wife Sarah; survivors include his sons, Jacob and Lucas; his daughter, Emma; his parents; sister, Stephanie (Eckart) Bindewald; brothers, Kevin (Erica) and Brian (Jeanette); his brother-in-law's, Randy (Beth) Jury, Timothy Jury, Matthew (Kimberly) Jury; two sister-in-law's, Sandie (Ian) Gaunt, Rebekah (Barry) Parks; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his father and mother-in-law, Robert and Marilyn Hall.
Funeral services will be held at BLACKHAWK CHURCH, 9601 Brader Way, Madison, at 1 p.m., on Monday, May 8, 2017 with Pastor Chris Dolson presiding. PRIVATE FAMILY BURIAL WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING SERVICES. Visitation will be held at the church from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017.
