Northbound I-39/90 reopened after fuel spill
Spill created backups of more than 5 miles
TOWN OF CHRISTIANA, Wis. — A fuel spill shut down the right lanes of Interstate 39/90 early Thursday morning, Dane County dispatchers said.
The lanes reopened at 7:40 a.m.
The spill was located at mile marker 153 in southeastern Dane County and involved at least one semi truck.
The spill has caused a five mile backup on the northbound lanes of the interstate.
