SAUK CITY, Wis. -- A group in Sauk City marched on Saturday to protest the potential impeachment of Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Janet Protasiewicz.
The group, known as Indivisible Sauk Prairie, was a branch of a larger left-leaning political action group. Organizers staged a bridge rally in support of Protasiewicz after some Republican legislators raised the idea of impeaching her.
"Democracy is not a spectator sport, you have to be involved," one protestor told News 3 Now. "You have to vote, you have to let people know what you believe in."
Protestors waved signs and hung a banner from the bridge.
