Madison police arrest man three times in one week

The third arrest came on March 17. Officers were sent to South Blair Street just after 3:30 a.m. after a caller reported seeing a man inside her home. Police said Moore was arrested in the parking lot area of the home.

He faces charges of criminal trespassing to a dwelling, disorderly conduct and bail jumping in connection with the March 17 arrest.

Online court records show that on March 14, Moore was charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. His signature bond was set at $500 per case during an initial appearance that same day.

On Monday, Moore was formally charged with criminal trespassing to a dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping.
