New retailer, pub headed to East Towne Mall
MADISON, Wis. — The East Towne Mall announced Monday new businesses slated to open in the fall, according to a news release.
An H&M clothing store is expected to open in the fall. The store, which offers “fashion-forward apparel at affordable prices” sells men’s, women’s and children’s clothes and accessories. H&M will occupy more than 21,000 square feet in the mall between Center Court and JCPenney.
Lucky’s 13 Pub will occupy nearly 6,500 square feet in the Food Court. The pub offers a “rustic feel and welcoming atmosphere” with a scratch kitchen. Lucky’s 13, offering Americana fare, will have live music on the weekends and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The East Towne Mall location will be its first location in Wisconsin.
Flix Brewhouse will brew nine of its own beers and offer 38 draft beers, plus wine and a variety of specialty non-alcoholic drinks for guests to enjoy. The Flix Mix lobby bar and cafe will be open seven days a week, no ticket required. Flix Brewhouse will be the company’s first Wisconsin location and its fifth overall. The theater is slated to open in the spring of 2018 and will occupy more than 39,000 square feet.
CBL & Associates Properties, which owns East Towne Mall, said Lucky’s 13 Pub is not affiliated with Lucky’s 1313 Brew Pub on Regent Street in Madison or Lucky’s Bar & Grill in Waunakee.
