More than 2,600 COVID-19 cases confirmed in Wisconsin, at least 94 dead

MADISON, Wis. — 2,664 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Wisconsin, and at least 94 have died as a result of the disease.

State and county health officials confirmed the new total Tuesday afternoon.

Dane County has confirmed 303 coronavirus cases, while 11 in the county have died from the disease.

Milwaukee County continues to have the most cases of any county in Wisconsin with 1,387 confirmed cases.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services said 28,512 people have tested negative, while 745 have been hospitalized.
