The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says Narcan revived an unconscious man found sitting in a car in the middle of the road.

Deputies arrested Tyler Miller, 27, of Fitchburg. They said Miller was found unconscious near the 2800 block of Lalor Road in the town of Dunn around noon Monday.

He was in the driver’s seat of a van with the engine running. An Oregon School District Bus Driver called 911 to say the man was stopped in the lane of traffic. Witnesses say they saw a needle in the man’s arm.

Oregon EMS and Madison Fire administered three doses of Narcan. He was arrested on charged of a third offense OWI, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of felony bail jumping.
