Mt. Horeb man charged with 5th OWI
Deputies found man in car slumped over steering wheel
TOWN OF SPRINGDALE, Wis. — The Dane County Sheriff’s Department has charged a Mount Horeb man with his fifth charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after finding him inside a car on a rural road in the town of Springdale Monday evening.
A deputy found Vincent Terasa, 38, slumped over his steering wheel in the 8000 block of Davis Street in the Town of Springdale around 7 p.m. Monday, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s officials said Terasa was taken to the Dane County Jail and was booked on the felony OWI charge, along with a probation hold.
