MSCR executive director charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography
MCFARLAND, Wis. — Madison School and Community Recreation Executive Director Jacob D. Tisue, 44, of McFarland, has been charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography on Thursday.
According to a news release from the McFarland Police Department, investigators have taken Tisue into custody and booked him into Dane County Jail. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
Tisue faces tentative charges with multiple counts of possession of child pornography.
The Dane County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case, and an investigation is ongoing.
The release said the case is not related to any of the other recent investigations.
According to a statement from the Madison Metropolitan School District, Tisue has been placed on administrative leave and will remain on leave until the criminal process has an outcome.
“As educators, we take the wellbeing and safety of our students as priority one,” said MMSD spokesperson Rachel Strauch-Nelson. “This is incredibly difficult news for all of us to grasp, and we will continue to work with law enforcement and take action based on the criminal process.”
MSCR said in a separate statement that they have also been cooperating with law enforcement during the investigation.
Those with information about the case can contact Detective Michael Klementz at 608-838-3151.
