MPD: Man accused of robbing east side bank, takes off with cash
MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are searching for the man who held up a Madison bank Friday morning.
Officers and detectives were called out to the Associated Bank at 4402 East Towne Boulevard around 10:15 a.m.
A teller said the man did not display a weapon but kept a hand in his pocket making it appear he might be armed, according to a release by the Madison Police Department.
The man was able to get away with cash, police said.
