According to an incident report, police responded to Raymond Road near Whitney way around 10:30 a.m.

Police said a car driving fast attempted to turn on to Whitney Way, but lost control, hit a curb and disabled the vehicle in the northbound lanes of the road.

Officers said four juveniles ran off after it became disabled.
