Monroe man who sexually exploited 16-year-old girl sentenced to 4 months in jail, 4 years of probation
MONROE, Wis. — A Monroe man who sexually exploited a 16-year-old girl was sentenced to four months in jail and four years of probation Tuesday.
Justin Stocker, 37, pleaded guilty Nov. 25 to exposing his genitals to a child, having sexual intercourse with a child and causing a child to view sexual activity.
Investigators with the Monroe Police Department said Stocker admitted to the acts during an interview but said he did not know that the girl was underage.
At the time, Stocker told police he thought the girl may have been older because she drove a car, but also said that he had heard her talk about being in high school.
