Missing person alert issued for woman who left Cudahy group home Saturday night

CUDAHY, Wis. — Law enforcement officials have issued a missing person alert for a woman who was last seen over the weekend prior to leaving her group home.
Authorities with the Cudahy Police Department said 68-year-old Mattie J Mcdaniel-Woodson left her group home located at 3146 E. Underwood Ave. around 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Mcdaniel-Woodson reportedly said she was going to the store and would return “if she made it back.”
Officials said Mcdaniel-Woodson is diagnosed with schizophrenia and hasn’t been taking her medication.
According to the alert, she’s a Black woman who is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 164 pounds. She has brown eyes and gray hair. Mcdaniel-Woodson also has a tattoo on her left arm, a scar on her right wrist and a scar on her abdomen.
Authorities said she was last seen wearing a black jacket. She also wears glasses, according to the alert.
