Minimal weather impacts for Christmas travel

The forecast looks fair and quiet through most of Christmas week. Travel conditions on the roads and in the skies throughout the Midwest should be smooth Monday morning.

For those waiting until Christmas Eve to travel, Mother Nature continues to deliver good conditions. Skies will be mostly cloudy, but it will be dry and high temperatures will be in the middle to upper 40s.

Santa may need to use Rudolph Christmas Eve due to the mostly cloudy skies, but no precipitation is expected. Temperatures will continue to stay above average for Christmas Day and through the rest of the week.
