Milwaukee police: Man chased, shot at by another driver dies in crash

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Milwaukee police say a man is dead after the car he was driving crashed into a tree while he was being chased and shot at by another driver.

The Milwaukee Police Department was called to the scene around 2:15 p.m. Saturday.

Police say one vehicle chased and shot at another car. The man who was being chased was thrown from his car after crashing into a tree and died at the scene.

A 41-year-old man who was a passenger suffered a serious gunshot wound. A 28-year-old woman in the rear seat suffered serious injuries in the crash.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports police continue seeking the suspects and a motive.
