Middleton Police: Suspect steals donation boxes from counter at Kwik Trip

MIDDLETON, Wis. — Police in Middleton are searching for a man they said stole two donation boxes from the register counter at a Kwik Trip early Tuesday morning.

The theft happened just after 1:15 a.m. at the Kwik Trip at 7508 Century Avenue. Police said the man took the two boxes, which had between $20 and $40 inside.

He did not use force or make any threats, police said.

The suspect was wearing a red, gray and black sweatshirt, black Columbia sweatpants, black shoes, a black baseball cap and a black mask. Police said he was driving a black four-door sedan.
