Middleton man suspected of fleeing officer in 13-mile chase
LODI, Wis. — A Middleton man was cited for eluding officers Sunday night after about a 13-mile chase.
According to a news release from Lodi police, officers attempted to stop a black Nissan Maxima in Lodi around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
The release said the car was traveling south on Main Street and the vehicle’s registration showed the registered owner had a suspended license.
Police activated emergency lights, but the car drove off leading to a 13-mile chase that ended in Dane County.
Officers said 29-year-old Andrew French was cited for owners’ liability, eluding officers, operating after suspension and passing in a no passing zone.
