MIDDLETON, Wis. — Officers on patrol early Sunday morning found a man slumped in his parked, running car which led to the man’s arrest of operating while intoxicated.

Officers woke Reines, and observed open alcohol containers within the vehicle. Police said he was unable to perform a field sobriety test which led to his arrest.
