Men yell, point gun at 14-year-old, police say
MADISON, Wis. — A group of men yelled and pointed a gun at a 14-year-old walking on Madison’s east side Friday afternoon, according to a release.
The teen told police he was walking in the 4400 block of Pflaum Road around 1:10 p.m. when a black SUV pulled up near him.
Four young men got out of the SUV and yelled at him, and one of the men pointed a handgun at the teen, according to the release.
The teen told police he ran to a nearby home and called 911.
The group of men got back into the SUV and drove off, officials said.
According to the release, it appears the teen has some type of connection to at least one of the men in the SUV, but the motivation for the crime is not clear.
