Meeting schedule to discuss construction on Stoughton Road, Beltline interchange
Department of Transportation officials will be holding a public involvement meeting Wednesday to discuss pavement updates on Stoughton Road at the Beltline interchange.
The project includes patching, joint repairs, quadrail replacement, minor grading, milling and an asphalt overlay on Stouhgton Road from just north of Voges Road to north of Broadway Street, officials said.
The majority of the work is expected to happen at night with various lane, shoulder and turning lane closures, according to the release.
Two weekend closures of the Beltline and Stoughton Road interchange are proposed during the work, officials said. A signed detour will be used throughout the project.
The project is scheduled for next summer.
The meeting will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Monona Community Center at 1011 Nichols Road in Monona.
