McDonald’s offers UberEATS in Madison
Nearly dozen restaurants are available on the app
MADISON, Wis. — All of the classic McDonald’s favorites are now available in Madison with a tap of an app through UberEATS, according to a release.
UberEATS launched in Madison in mid-September with more than 50 Madison restaurants offering stand-alone meals available for delivery, and now McDonald’s has joined the ranks.
Nearly a dozen McDonald’s restaurants throughout Madison now allow customers to place their orders through McDelivery on the UberEATS mobile app, or on UberEATS.com, using the same Uber ride account information.
“With UberEATS, you can get the food you want, where you want it, delivered at Uber speed,” Peter Forberg, general manager of UberEATS Madison, said in the release. “We’re thrilled to partner with McDonald’s to give fans easy access to their McDonald’s favorites at the tap of a button.”
McDelivery expanded into 3,500 U.S. restaurants earlier this year, and now, more than 7,800 restaurants in 47 countries and six continents offer delivery.
“People search for McDonald’s in the UberEATS app almost daily, so we’re excited to expand our reach and deliver what they’ve been craving,” Forberg said.
