Mazomanie house total loss after fire; $135K estimated in damage
MAZOMANIE, Wis. — A Mazomanie house is a total loss after a fire broke out Sunday morning.
According to a news release, officials responded to the home on North John Street around 11:45 a.m.
The release said all of the people inside the house were able to safely get out.
Officials believe all of the family’s pets were also rescued.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials said it does not appear to be suspicious.
Access Dane estimated the property is wroth $135,500, the release said.
