Mary Ann Otilia Peltier
Madison-Mary Ann (Fencl) Peltier passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 20, 2012. At 79 years old, Mary Ann was born on August 28, 1933 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin to Frank and Viola Fencl. She was a graduate of Two Rivers High School and St. Mary’s School of Nursing. Licensed in five states, Mary Ann proudly served the nursing profession for over 40 years, retiring in 1997 as the Director of Nursing for an assisted living and retirement center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Warren L. Peltier, whom she married on May 21, 1955. She is survived by her children Michael, Jimmy (Renee), Luke and Katie and five grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 28, 2012, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Madison with Msgr. Charles Schluter officiating. A visitation will be at the church from 10 am until the time of service.
