Man stopped for speeding faces 5th OWI, deputies say
MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man faces his fifth drunken driving charge after being caught speeding early Monday, officials said.
Dane County Sheriff’s Office officials said 42-year-old Quantrell Vivians was stopped for speeding in Madison around 1 a.m. Monday.
Deputies said after field sobriety tests and a Breathalyzer test, Vivians was arrested.
They said he also had a warrant for nonsupport and was cited for two other offenses.
He is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
