Man sentenced to 1 year jail, 5 years probation for manufacturing, delivering meth
MADISON, Wis. — A man was sentenced to a year in jail and five years of probation after pleading guilty to felony charges of bail jumping and manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine.
According to court documents, 47-year-old James E. Bjork will serve one year in jail with chance for early release or Huber inmate status if Bjork is on good behavior.
In April 2019, law enforcement officials arrested Bjork on multiple charges after officials found numerous items associated with manufacturing methamphetamine during a search of a Rock County home.
Court records show that three days will be credited to Bjork’s five-year probation sentence.
