Man faces charges in snowblower theft from UW Campus
Man charged with theft Wednesday evening
MADISON, Wis. — University of Wisconsin police have charged a man with stealing a snowblower from the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
UW-Madison police said the snowblower was stolen from Union South Sunday.
Michael Buckalew was charged with theft late Wednesday evening, and was booked and released from the Dane County Jail.
Police released three surveillance images Wednesday showing a white man between 40 to 50 years old. He was wearing a green Under Armour hooded sweatshirt, black pants and tan and brown snow boots. Police now believe that man is Buckalew.
