Man drives onto a front lawn, arrested on suspicion of 5th OWI
Driver's speech was slurred, police said
MIDDLETON, Wis. — Middleton police said a man was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of his fifth OWI offense.
A caller in the 2400 block of Park Street in Middleton said a motorist drove a vehicle onto their front lawn. Police said this happened around 10:25 p.m. Sunday.
Police arrested 52-year-old Daniel Driscoll of Madison. According to officers, his speech was slurred and Driscoll showed other signs of impairment by alcohol.
Driscoll was arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense OWI after a sobriety test.
