Man drives off interstate, gets arrested for fifth-offense OWI
DEFOREST, Wis. — Law enforcement officials with the Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a man early Sunday morning for fifth-offense OWI.
Mathew A. Chingo, 35, was arrested after officials received a report just after midnight that an unoccupied Blue Volkswagen Jetta ran off westbound I-94 in Dane County. A subsequent investigation revealed Chingo was the driver of the vehicle.
Chingo was arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense OWI, according to a news release.
