Man arrested on suspicion of 7th OWI offense after car accident
Both people reportedly uninjured and intoxicated
TOWN OF PRIMROSE, Wis. — A Madison man was arrested Monday night on suspicion of his seventh OWI offense.
Anthony Holden,45, was taken into custody around 9:30 p.m. Monday after reportedly crashing his car in the Town of Primrose, deputies said. This happened on County Highway JG near Lee Valley Road.
Dane County deputies say Holden and another person in the car were not hurt, but both were intoxicated.
If convicted, Holden could face 12.5 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
