Man arrested after Monona police find marijuana growing operation while searching house
MONONA, Wis. — A man was arrested Sunday morning after Monona police found a marijuana growing operation in his home.
According to a news release, officers were in the 400 block of Labelle Lane around 3:30 a.m. Sunday to help try to locate a missing child.
At the house, officers said they found a marijuana growing operation and various components used to make fireworks.
The release said a 54-year-old man who owns the house was arrested for maintaining a drug dwelling. Officials said other possible charges are pending.
Town of Madison police said the missing child has not been found.
