Man accused of sexual assault taken into custody, MPD says


MADISON, Wis. — After a robbery on Monday, Madison police officers were able to take a man accused of sexual assault into custody.

According to an incident report, Rondino S. Fleming was arrested after a robbery on Atwood Avenue.

Police said they will now investigate Fleming’s involvement with other robberies throughout the city.

Over the weekend, police said Fleming was accused of violent crimes, including first-degree sexual assault with a dangerous weapon.

Authorities said Fleming was booked into the Dane County Jail on Tuesday on multiple charges through the Madison and Maple Bluff police departments.
