Madison woman faces 6th OWI charge
Arrests comes after traffic stop
MADISON, Wis. — A Madison woman pulled over for speeding was arrested on a sixth offense OWI charge early Tuesday morning, according to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy said Jolene D. Peterson, 37, was stopped on Webb Avenue in Blooming Grove after going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone and lied about her name.
She consented to a blood draw and was booked into the Dane County Jail.
Peterson was arrested on suspicion on obstructing, speeding, operating after revocation and a license restriction violation.
