The Streets Division urges drivers to be patient, slow, and alert on the roads.

They also request, rush hour commuters give plow trucks the space they need to do their work safely.

An additional two trucks will be applying sand, to hills, curves, intersections, and other residential areas to assist with traction.

Commuters may still encounter slippery road conditions Friday night into Saturday morning, due to expected freezing rain.
