Madison sets new record low
MADISON, Wis. — Tuesday morning lows dropped into the single digits, with some areas below 0 degrees.
Madison’s temperature fell to 4 degrees, setting a new record low for Nov. 12. The record low for Nov. 11 was also tied at 9 degrees just before midnight Monday night.
Though we’ll stay partly sunny Tuesday, high temperatures will only be in the upper teens with wind chills in the single digits above and below zero.
The record low high temperature on Nov. 12 for Madison is 16 degrees set in 1940. The forecast high for the day is 18 degrees.
