Madison resident faces 5th OWI charge
DEFOREST, Wis. — Casey Schultz, 37, of Madison, was arrested Saturday night and is facing charges for a fifth drunken driving offense, according to police.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped Schultz’s vehicle near Lake Delton for a defective exhaust violation, police said.
The trooper then noticed signs that Schultz allegedly had been drinking and conducted a sobriety test, police said.
The tests resulted in Schultz’s arrest, according to police.
