Madison police share photo of overflowing medical drop box
MADISON, Wis. — Madison police shared a photo of an overflowing medical drop box from the East Side Thursday.
The bin, which is meant for people to drop off unused prescriptions in an attempt to fight opioid addiction, was overflowing after three weeks, according to the post.
“We are continuing our fight against opioid addiction and helping keep all these medications out of our water treatment systems,” the post said.
