Madison man faces 7th OWI after driving down wrong lane of traffic
Man charged after taking a field sobriety test
MIDDLETON, Wis. — A Madison man faces his seventh charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence after Middleton police stopped him early Tuesday morning.
Shoun Parks, 38, faces charges after a police officer pulled him over after seeing the car he was driving had drifted out of his traffic lane.
Police said Parks was displaying signs of impairment by alcohol. Parks was charged after taking a field sobriety test.
Parks also faces charges of having open intoxicants inside the vehicle and operating after revocation.
