Madison man arrested along interstate on suspicion of 5th OWI
MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a Madison man on suspicion of fifth offense OWI Monday evening after an incident along the interstate.
State Patrol’s DeForest Post received a call about a disabled vehicle partially in traffic on westbound I-94 around 6 p.m., according to a release by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
Two people were in the vehicle when troopers arrived. Antoine Kenneth Goodman, 40, was determined to be the driver and arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense OWI, the release said.
