Tossed with baby arugula, olive oil and Tuscan barrel-aged red wine vinegar,
served on creamy rosemary mascarpone Anson Mills polenta.
Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
garnished with white chocolate, pine nut and rosemary crumble.
Decadent warm flourless chocolate dessert served in an espresso cup,
topped with whipped cream.
