Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing
tender fresh baby spinach with red  onions and
topped with hot bacon and onion dressing


Classic Wedge Salad
crisp iceberg lettuce topped with bacon,
tomatoes, bleu cheese and a smoky ranch dressing



All served with a side vegetable and starch


Surf and Turf
Steer tenderloin filet with a cold water

Lobster tail brushed with citrus butter


Salmon Oscar

fresh salmon filet, topped with jumbo crab claw meat
and hollandaise sauce and asparagus


12oz New York Strip
served with sautéed mushrooms and
a whiskey peppercorn sauce


Seafood Duet
Captain’s bacon wrapped shrimp with barbeque sauce
and a cold water Lobster tail



Surfing Salmon

hand-cut fillet of fresh salmon, set atop a cedar plank and baked,
topped with honey and grained mustard sauce


Coconut Shrimp

our fabulous Coconut Shrimp and
our honey mustard dipping sauce


Tenderloin with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

topped with a silky whiskey peppercorn sauce

a family favorite of ours, we use real key lime juice in our recipe to give
