7 pie recipes you need to try now

Whisk bloggers share their favorites

The holiday season almost always calls for pie to conclude the end of a filling feast. No matter how big your dinner was, there seems to always be room for this classic dessert. And everyone has their favorite—whether it be apple, pecan, pumpkin or key lime.

There are endless (and easy!) ways to make an Instagram-worthy holiday pie. Filling the room with the comforting smell of baked pie is quintessential of the holiday season. And the best part is that any leftovers magically turn into breakfast food in the morning! We asked Whisk Members to give us their go-to pie recipes for the holiday season.

Take a look at some of their favorites:

2. Bourbon Brown Butter Apple Pear Pie

“That one I really love because it is fall wrapped up in a proper flakey, all-butter pie pastry! Perfect for the holidays, along with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream (or a mug of hot coffee for a perfect autumn/winter breakfast!).” – Annaliese Eberle, The Dirty Sifter
