Points for positivity at these dental offices

Leaders value their employees

At Dental Health Associates and Madison No Fear Dentistry—both past winners—patients and staff benefit from a positive work culture. The companies’ leaders say they highly value their employees, welcome their input and urge them to ensure patients have a good experience.

At No Fear Denistry, employees are “empowered to make decisions that are consistent with our mission,” says Dr. David Ducommun, owner of Madison No Fear. The practice has a monthly incentive program. “We all feel like we are a family here,” says employee Amanda Bock.

At Dental Health Associates, marketing manager Stephanie Meier says a family culture “is part of the legacy of the founders.” The practice has seven clinics with nearly 300 employees. One way to keep everyone connected is through community involvement and volunteer opportunities. “These are people with genuine hearts for service,” says Meier.
