Madison-based company will furbish downtown Central Library
Central Library campaign passes $6 million mark
MADISON, Wis. — DEMCO, a Madison-based library supply company, pledged to donate equipment to fill the new Madison Central library on Wednesday.
The company will supply furniture, specialty shelving, book trucks, laptop charging stations and interactive TouchIT LCD monitors.
“Libraries are and will continue to be an integral part of every community, providing information and a place to bring people of all ages and backgrounds together in pursuit of learning,” said Bill Stroner, CEO of the Wall Family Enterprise and DEMCO, Inc. “We are pleased to join so many from our community in support of the Madison Public Library.”
The Central Library campaign fund now exceeds more than $6 million.
