Local restaurants, bars benefit from Bucks’ deep playoff run

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — Wisconsin sports fans have certainly caught Bucks fever with the franchise’s first appearance in the NBA finals since the 70’s.

However, the fanbase isn’t alone in benefitting from the memorable run.“

It means the world to just be back out here and to be able to do this with our guests,” explained owner of Buck and Honey’s restaurant, Tom Anderson. “We love having fun with our guests and our team and this is going to be a blast tonight cheering the Bucks on in game 5.”Anderson says hosting a watch party for the buck’s in the NBA finals would have been unthinkable last year but this year it is a welcomed reality.“

We did it with our team and we rallied together and we are just blessed to be where we are today. it’s gonna be 85 and beautiful watching the bucks win game 5 tonight,” explained Anderson.

Whether it’s Bucks in six or Bucks in seven, Anderson is grateful for the Deer’s historic run to the finals and chance to celebrate it at his restaurant.“
