Kaylea Schulz, age 26, of Janesville, died unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, at home. She was born in Madison on Sept. 3, 1986, the daughter of Stuart J. and Nancy (Shaw) Schulz. She graduated from Craig High School in 2004, and Edgewood College with a BA in Sociology. Kaylea had been employed by UW Hospital, Madison and previously at Mercy Hospital. She worked summers at General Motors during college. She also did volunteer work with her Aunt Linda.
She is survived by her mother, Nancy Schulz of Janesville; aunt, Linda (Allan) Amundson of Janesville; 3 uncles: Rodney (Jane) Shaw of Rockford, Tom (Patti) Shaw of Edgerton and Mark (Babbi) Shaw of Tennessee; 8 cousins: Melanie, Josh, Jennifer, Kiara, Alexis, Chloe, Devon and Evan; many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Chelsea Schulz.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY with Rev. Jerry Amstutz officiating. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 until the time of service at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME.
