In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and sipping a cocktail at the end of a full day. Kathy is survived by the light of her life, her daughters, Jami (Scott) Cortelyou of Wesley Chapel, FL, Jodi (John) Florence of Yemassee, SC, and Judi Beck of Eugene, OR. She was also the proud grandmother of Gaige, Jayan, and Naya Lou Cortelyou of Wesley Chapel, FL; Kiav and Raven Beck-Cook of Eugene, OR; and Chris (Megan) Youngblood of Whidbey Island, WA, Danielle Youngblood of Wahiawa, HI and Robert (Marcia) Youngblood of Grand Canyon, AZ, who blessed her with three great-grandchildren, RJ, Evelyn and James.
